Nothing is locked behind a paywall and nothing is submitted to the official game until you decide to make the moves yourself. A “draft” here simply means one saved version of your squad, and you can keep as many as you like: Draft Lab compares them side by side once you have more than one.

Plan transfers gameweek by gameweek

Most FPL decisions are not about this week — they are about whether a move still makes sense in three weeks. Open the gameweek forecast to step forward through the calendar, apply transfers in the week you intend to make them and watch the budget, free transfers and any points hits update as you go. Changes cascade into later gameweeks automatically, so the plan stays consistent instead of becoming a set of disconnected snapshots.

Chips, fixtures and rotation

Assign Wildcard, Free Hit, Bench Boost and Triple Captain to specific gameweeks and the planner keeps them inside the correct chip windows. Fixture difficulty is shown as a colour strip on every player tile and ranked by club on the fixture difficulty page, while Dovetail finds pairs of players whose good runs alternate, so one bench slot can cover two clubs across a tough stretch.

How do I plan transfers across several gameweeks?

Build your 15 on the planner, then open GW Forecast to step through the coming gameweeks. Moves you make in one week carry forward automatically, so you can see the knock-on effect on your budget, free transfers and fixture run before committing anything in the real game.

Can I plan my chips?

Yes. Wildcard, Free Hit, Bench Boost and Triple Captain can each be assigned to a gameweek, and the planner respects the two chip windows (GW1-19 and GW20-38). A Free Hit week is treated as a one-off squad that resets the following gameweek.

What is FDR and how is it used here?

FDR is the Fixture Difficulty Rating the Premier League assigns to each fixture, from 1 (easiest) to 5 (hardest). Every player tile shows a colour-coded strip for their next six fixtures, and the fixture difficulty page ranks whole clubs by their upcoming run.

Does the planner enforce the FPL squad rules?

It does. You get 15 players (2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders, 3 forwards), a maximum of three players from any single club, a 100.0m budget, and only legal formations such as 3-4-3, 3-5-2, 4-4-2 and 5-3-2.
